I have a secret love of FOOD and everything food related! Okay maybe it's not so secret. I can usually be seen with food in my hand as I can't seem to go two hours without shoving something into my belly. I can't help it! I love everything from apples to zucchini and am willing to try anything at least once.
My hubby and two kids are a different story. They would be happy to eat the same food over and over (and over and over) instead of ever trying something new. So, in an effort to find food my picky nuts will actually eat I am trying out new recipes. Hopefully one of the NUTS will find something they like!
Ener-G Egg Replacer is awesome!
I use this instead of eggs in all of my recipes unless otherwise posted.
A total dreamer, you spend most of your time with your head in the clouds.
You often think of the future, and you are always working toward your ideal life.
Also nostalgic, you rarely forget a meaningful moment... even those from long ago.
