Taco Cups

This was a fast simple recipe.
Fry up some taco meat according to
seasoning packet directions.
Tear 10" tortillas in half.
Fold into a cup in a
tin cupcake pan.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven
for 6 minutes.
Enjoy!
These are also good
topped with salsa and
sour cream. Yum!

What were the kids reactions?
50/50.
Carlee kept saying
"Num Yum!"
the whole time she was eating.

Collin on the other hand
complained the whole time
though he did finally taste it.
He doesn't like his food
mixed. Even if it's just meat
mixed with cheese. Silly boy.

Chocolate Mint Cake Balls

For this variation I used chocolate cake mix, 1/2 container chocolate mint frosting and chocolate almond bark to dip. I also melted green candy melts to drizzle on top. Rich and chocolatey!

Spice Cake Balls

Spice Cake Balls

Bake cake according to package directions.
Cool completely.

Crumble into bowl.

Combine with 1/2 container
cream cheese or vanilla frosting.

Scoop out 1 tbsp of dough.

Roll into ball.

Freeze for a couple hours or overnight
on waxed paper lined cookie sheet.

Dip into melted candy melts according
to package directions.
Decorate! We used mini M&M's, frosting and
edible ink pens to decorate these little snowmen.

My son had fun making most of these.
And of course eating them too!
Collin wanted his on a Popsicle stick.

Carlee enjoyed hers as well.

Christmas Cookies

Here are a few samples of the cookies I made for
Collin's class Christmas party.
The kids loved 'em!

Don't eat my gumdrop buttons!
