Twin Baby Cookie Bouquet

This was a fun baby bouquet to put together!

My friend Josie is having twin girls and we always tease her that their names are "Maui" and "Waui". She and her husband were married in Maui so it seemed fitting!

She loved the cookies! She said she was going to take them home and hide them from her hubby so he wouldn't eat them all. Now I can't wait for the babies to get here!

Baby Shower Cookies

These are the cookie favor baskets I made for a friends baby shower.

I individually wrapped each in a cookie bag with a tiny baby favor and pink ribbon.

Everyone loved them although they said they were too cute to eat!

Heart Pizza

Here's a very fast easy pizza we made for our Valentine's dinner.

Ingredients:

1 tube Pillsbury refrigerated pizza dough
Pizza sauce
14 or more Pepperoni slices, cut with mini heart cookie cutter
Assorted grated cheese

Directions:

I accidentally threw out the directions to this. Oopsi! So just follow the directions on the pizza dough package. I rolled out the dough and tried to shape it into a heart shape. Then I topped it with sauce, cheese and pepperoni. I forgot to buy any mozzerella so I used a little cheddar, swiss and colby jack. It was an interesting combo but it actually tasted great!

It cooked fast and the kids loved it!

Carlee's Valentine Breakfast

Little miss Carlee is my pancake eating monster so I wanted to make her some special ones for Valentine's day!

I was going to put the recipe on here but all I did was use the Bisquick recipe. The only difference is that I substituted 1/2 cup of applesauce for the eggs. Plus of course I added mini heart sprinkles on top of the finished pancake. Substituting applesauce for eggs seems to work pretty good for Carlee so she can still enjoy her pancakes allergy free.

Here's little miss bedhead wanting me to cut up her pancake for her. So spoiled!

Yum Yum!!

Sprinkles make anything fun! Collin didn't even want to eat his pancake the little onery boy. He did eat:

Pink milk!

And red applesauce!

Then he wanted to move onto V-Day candy.

I just added a drop or two of red food coloring to the milk and applesauce. I don't know how healthy adding dye is but the kids sure loved it!

So Anti-V-Day!

My hubby Eric is a long time Valentine hater so I decided to surprise him with an anti-valentine's day cookie bouquet.


Of course I had to have black hearts!

These cookies represent a heart gone bad, cupid with no head, and obviously a stupid cupid heart. Eric thought these were funny but there was a downside to my fun. Now Collin knows how to spell stupid. What's a mom to do?
